Yes, all of our libraries and templates are compatible with Axure RP 9. If you need a version that needs to be compatible with an older version of Axure, just write an email to us and we will see what we can do for you.

2. How do I use Axure libraries?

3. Do you provide all future updates for free?

Yes, you’ll get free lifetime updates on the library and templates that you’ll purchase from us. We will be working to update our libraries and templates regularly and you’ll be notified about the update.

4. Do you provide discounts to students?

Definitely Yes. We would love to offer a discount to the students. Please write to us from your school email account or attach your ID in the email and we will do the needful.

5. How do I know when there is a product update?

Whenever we update our product, you will receive an email about it. If you do not have access to the email that was used to purchase the library or template, write an email with all the details and we will be happy to assist you in updating the email on our system.

7. Which license should I buy?

  • Personal License: If you are an individual and want to use the product by yourself ONLY.
  • Agency License: If the product will be used by more than one person up to 6 users.
  • Enterprise License: If the product will be shared amongst the team within the company.

10. Do you provide refunds?

We would like to request you to verify everything from the live preview section before buying any products. We will provide a refund only if we can’t provide you the product on the mentioned date for the pre-release sale only. Since these are digital products, it’ll be problematic to give you refunds and once you’ll receive a product it’s already yours. We hope, you understand this and co-ordinate with us in this matter.
